Carphone Warehouse, Best Buy and customer support. Oh good.

Wow, look at that. The Carphone Warehouse stands to make £1.1Billion from a joint venture with US electronics retailer Best Buy to bring colossal sheds to Europe. Charles Dunstone, the £850Million business man behind the ‘warehouse’ admits this morning on the radio that there will be some cash left over after he’s paid off numerous debts from recent years trading but nowhere does he suggest that any money might be spent on improving support.

Shame really since The Carphone Warehouse customer support really is shit. In fact in my experience it’s worse than shit. It’s downright useless.

But you keep on building those big ugly sheds on the edge of our towns, mate.
